Dear Karen,

I’m delighted to hear of the opportunity to display art at the Fort Sutter Hotel! I scoped out the space, took measurements, and I think it would be perfect for my large-scale aerial photography collection.

 

These are photographs which I’ve captured across California using a fixed wing aircraft. Since there are two walls that need to be filled; I have picked out two themes from within the collection that I think would suit the space best. The first is a set of abstract images depicting rare natural phenomena across CA. The second is a local theme depicting Downtown Sacramento, the surrounding agriculture, and the Delta. I created a couple of rendering’s of what this could look like. You’ll find those by scrolling down as well as an album of possible images to choose from.
